  5.      This program is not free!  You are allowed to use this program for a trial
  6.      period of 30 days free of charge.  If, after 30 days, you decide that you
  7.      would like to continue using the User Database System (UDBS), you must
  8.      complete the following form and return it to the author with the required
  9.      registration fee enclosed.

  11.      Registration of UDBS is $25.00 and includes the Door and utility programs.

  36.      If you do not already have access to the SailBoard BBS, I will need a USER
  37.      NAME and PASSWORD so I can set up an account for you. This will be used for
  38.      support questions and updates.

  45.      Registration includes a "KEY" file to remove "unregistered" messages, and
  46.      allow operation of the door programs. This key file contains the name of
  47.      your BBS and is displayed in several places. Please provide the name of

  53.      Upon registration of UDBS I will send you a file containg the "key" file,
  54.      the doors, and the other registered user programs. I can either mail this
  55.      to you, upload it to your BBS (USA ONLY - HIGH SPEED MODEM ONLY), or you
  56.      can call the SailBoard BBS (201-831-8152) and download it (My BBS is
  57.      V.32bis/HST). Please indicate which method you wish to use:
